40562. Within 90 days after the end of each fiscal year, the director shall prepare a statement which shows the receipt and expenditure during the fiscal year of funds provided for in this chapter. He shall, upon written request, forward a copy of this report to any party that is financially interested in the inspection work which is conducted pursuant to this chapter.
