25614. Any person who violates any of the provisions of Sections 25611 to 25613, inclusive, or substitutes another or different brand of draught beer from that indicated by any of the required notices, placards, or markers, or substitutes one brand of beer for another, or misrepresents the brand or kind of beer served to a consumer is guilty of a misdemeanor.
