75.71. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the amounts allocated pursuant to this chapter to a special district, other than a special district governed by a county board of supervisors or whose governing board is the same as the county board of supervisors, shall not be reduced pursuant to Section 98.6 and shall be disbursed directly to the district by the county auditor.
(Repealed and added by Stats. 1984, Ch. 448, Sec. 2. Effective July 16, 1984.)
