25400.17. (a) Notwithstanding any other law, a city, county, or city and county shall comply with the uniform regulations and standards established pursuant to this chapter.
(b) A local health officer may delegate all or part of the duties specified in this chapter to a designated local agency.
(c) If a methamphetamine or fentanyl laboratory activity has taken place at a property, the local health officer shall assume that the methamphetamine or fentanyl manufacturing process has led to some degree of chemical contamination and shall take action pursuant to this chapter.
