Notwithstanding subdivision (c) of Section 18873 and Section 18874, this article shall remain in effect only until January 1, 2025, and is repealed as of December 1 of that year.
(Amended by Stats. 2019, Ch. 325, Sec. 1. (SB 309) Effective September 20, 2019. Repealed on December 1, 2025, by its own provisions. Note: Termination provisions affect Article 3.6, commencing with Section 18730.)
