This division shall remain in effect only until January 1, 2023, and as of that date is repealed, unless a later enacted statute, that is enacted before January 1, 2023, deletes or extends that date.
(Amended by Stats. 2017, Ch. 338, Sec. 1. (AB 184) Effective January 1, 2018. Repealed as of January 1, 2023, by its own provisions. Note: Repeal affects Division 20.6, commencing with Section 30961.)
