2207.1.
A manufacturer or processor, at his option, may upon request report to the State Geologist data on consumption or utilization of mineral materials. Such reports shall be confidential. Publications issued as commodity or marketing studies under the provisions of Section 2205 of this code may contain figures from such reports, provided that these figures are presented so as not to disclose the consumption or utilization of minerals by any user.
