100825.  

(a) This title shall not be construed to create an entitlement program of any kind, to appropriate any funds, to require the Legislature to appropriate any funds, or to increase or decrease taxes owed by a taxpayer.

(b) (1) This title shall remain in effect only until January 1, 2023, and as of that date is repealed.

(2) New financial assistance or other subsidies shall not be provided for periods after coverage year 2022.

(Added by Stats. 2019, Ch. 38, Sec. 11. (SB 78) Effective June 27, 2019. Repealed as of January 1, 2023, by its own provisions. Note: Repeal affects Title 25 commencing with Section 100800.)
