3022.
(a) The elections official shall include with the county voter information guide an application for a vote by mail ballot.
(b) This section shall become operative on January 1, 2021.
(Repealed (in Sec. 1) and added by Stats. 2020, Ch. 109, Sec. 2. (SB 739) Effective September 18, 2020. Section operative January 1, 2021, by its own provisions.)
