14126.036.
This article shall become inoperative on December 31, 2022, and as of January 1, 2024, is repealed, unless a later enacted statute that is enacted before, January 1, 2024, deletes or extends that date.
(Amended by Stats. 2020, Ch. 13, Sec. 15. (AB 81) Effective June 29, 2020. Repealed as of January 1, 2024, by its own provisions. Note: Termination clause affects Article 3.8, commencing with Section 14126.)
