7672.4.
(a) A cremated remains disposer who scatters any cremated human remains or hydrolyzed human remains without specific written instructions from the person having the right to control the disposition of the remains or who scatters any remains in a manner not in accordance with those instructions shall be subject to disciplinary action.
(b) This section shall become operative on July 1, 2020.
(Repealed (in Sec. 15) and added by Stats. 2017, Ch. 846, Sec. 16. (AB 967) Effective January 1, 2018. Section operative July 1, 2020, by its own provisions.)
