The board of supervisors may establish a revolving fund for the use of the marshal who serves the superior court within the county and is a county officer, pursuant to Sections 29320 to 29331, inclusive. The fund may only be used for services or materials that are a legal charge against the county.

(Repealed and added by Stats. 2002, Ch. 784, Sec. 353. Effective January 1, 2003.)
