13275.  

The department shall require that a county’s costs of administering any employment-related and English training program funded by the Refugee Social Services program funds derived from the federal Refugee Act of 1980, as amended, shall not exceed the percentage for county administrative costs permitted by the department in administering the Refugee Targeted Assistance Program.
