This chapter shall become inoperative on November 1, 2020, and, as of January 1, 2021, is repealed.
(Added by Stats. 2018, Ch. 51, Sec. 47. (SB 854) Effective June 27, 2018. Inoperative November 1, 2020. Repealed as of January 1, 2021, by its own provisions. Note: Repeal affects Chapter 6, commencing with Section 5001.)
