19180.1.
Whenever the board of supervisors levies an assessment authorized by Section 19180, the assessment shall be levied pursuant to Chapter 6.1 (commencing with Section 54701) of Part 1 of Division 2 of Title 5 of the Government Code.
(Repealed and added by Stats. 1982, Ch. 487, Sec. 21. Effective July 10, 1982.)
