The commission may, at the request of any household goods carrier, suspend the operating permit of the carrier for a definite time during which it is unlawful for the carrier to conduct any operations as a household goods carrier.
(Added by Stats. 1951, Ch. 974. Inoperative July 1, 2018. Repealed as of January 1, 2019, pursuant to Section 5340.)
