Section 18277.

CA Welf & Inst Code § 18277 (2016) What's This?

18277. The director shall select two child sexual abuse prevention training centers, one in northern California and the other in southern California, which shall receive state funds pursuant to this chapter. The director shall give consideration to existing demonstration programs relating to the prevention of sexual abuse of children and may award grant awards on a sole source basis to the two training centers which he or she selects for funding. The office shall appraise the performance of the training centers on an annual basis and determine whether they shall receive continuation grants.
