Section 5136.
5136. Each application for issuance of a permit under this chapter shall be accompanied by a fee of five hundred dollars ($500).
The filing fee for an application for transfer of a permit is one hundred fifty dollars ($150), except that for the transfer of each permit subsequent to the death of a permittee, and after court approval of the distribution of the estate or when it is not necessary to probate the will or distribute the estate through court, the fee is twenty-five dollars ($25).
All fees paid to the commission under this chapter shall be deposited in the Transportation Rate Fund.
