Section 9751.
9751. In order to carry out the purposes of the Soil Conservation and Domestic Allotment Act enacted by the Congress of the United States, the State Resource Conservation Commission (hereinafter referred to as commission ) is hereby designated as the agency of the State of California to administer any state plan authorized by this chapter which shall be approved by the Secretary of Agriculture of the United States (hereinafter referred to as the Secretary of Agriculture ) for the State of California pursuant to the provisions of the Soil Conservation and Domestic Allotment Act.
