Section 5513.

CA Pub Res Code § 5513 (2016) What's This?

5513. Where all the territory described in the petition is located entirely within one county, the board of supervisors of that county shall, after the petition has been checked and certified by the clerk, proceed in the first instance as provided for the county having the largest area within the proposed district.
