Section 3431.

CA Pub Res Code § 3431 (2016) What's This?

3431. Whenever an action is commenced under the provisions of Section 3430, a copy of the complaint and of the summons shall be served upon the treasurer or his deputy and upon the supervisor or his deputy and upon the Attorney General or his deputy. At the time the treasurer demurs or answers, he may demand that the action be tried in the Superior Court of the County of Sacramento, which demand shall be granted.
