CA Pub Res Code § 36102 (2016) What's This?
36102. Exclusive economic zone (EEZ) means the zone as measured from the mean high tide line seaward to 200 nautical miles as set forth in the Presidential Proclamation 5030 of March 10, 1983, in which the United States proclaimed jurisdiction over the resources of the ocean within 200 miles of the coastline.
