Section 33204.5.

33204.5. (a) The conservancy shall conduct a study and implement a program to provide recreational access from downtown Los Angeles and the inner city to the zone in order to provide recreational opportunities for all income and ethnic groups wishing to enjoy the Santa Monica Mountains. In undertaking the study, the conservancy shall cooperate with the National Park Service, the El Pueblo de Los Angeles State Historic Park Advisory Committee, the Department of Parks and Recreation, and the City of Los Angeles.

(b) The executive director of the conservancy shall file by June 30, 1983, with the Secretary of State and the City Council of the City of Los Angeles a map showing a feasible recreational trail corridor between El Pueblo de Los Angeles State Historic Park and Griffith Park.
