CA Pub Res Code § 31312 (2016) What's This?
31312. Local public agencies and nonprofit organizations, in undertaking urban waterfront restoration projects as provided in this chapter, shall be subject to the provisions of Division 24 (commencing with Section 33000) of the Health and Safety Code.
