Section 26404.
CA Pub Res Code § 26404 (2016) What's This?
26404. The provisions of Sections 26401 to 26403, inclusive, shall not apply to appropriations and expenditures from the Energy and Resources Fund for fiscal year 1980 81. Such provisions shall apply beginning with fiscal year 1981 82 and for each fiscal year thereafter.
