CA Penal Code § 13897.3 (2016) What's This?
13897.3. The Office of Emergency Services shall develop written guidelines for funding and performance standards for monitoring the effectiveness of the resource center program. The program shall be evaluated by a public or private nonprofit entity under a contract with the Office of Emergency Services.
