CA Penal Code § 6241.5 (2016) What's This?

6241.5. Because of the difficulties of finding locations for programs described in this chapter, the state shall assist in making state-owned lands available to counties for purposes of this chapter, so long as those efforts do not impede an agency s operations or planned expansions and are commensurate with public safety requirements.
