Section 1170.73.

CA Penal Code § 1170.73 (2016) What's This?

1170.73. Upon conviction of a felony violation of Section 11377, 11378, or 11378.5 of the Health and Safety Code, the court shall consider the quantity of controlled substance involved in determining whether to impose an aggravated term under subdivision (b) of Section 1170.
