CA Penal Code § 1463.7 (2016) What's This?

1463.7. Funds transferred to the Regents of the University of California pursuant to Section 1462.3 may not be utilized to purchase land or to construct any parking facility. These funds shall be utilized for the development, enhancement, and operation of alternate methods of transportation of students and employees of the University of California and for the mitigation of the impact of off-campus student and employee parking in university communities.
