CA Ins Code § 12739.75 (2016) What's This?
12739.75. The board shall establish a reserve that is sufficient to prudently operate the program, unless the federal Department of Health and Human Services establishes other procedures to maintain a prudent reserve.
(Added by Stats. 2010, Ch. 32, Sec. 3. Effective June 29, 2010. Repealed as of January 1, 2020, pursuant to Section 12739.76.)
