12739.74. Any moneys remaining in the fund at the end of any fiscal year may be carried forward to the next succeeding fiscal year.
(Added by Stats. 2010, Ch. 32, Sec. 3. Effective June 29, 2010. Repealed as of January 1, 2020, pursuant to Section 12739.76.)
