Section 7082.
7082. The declaration shall be signed by the president and secretary of each of the incorporators. It shall be accompanied by a certified copy of a resolution passed by the board of directors of each incorporator stating that it is the desire of the particular insurer to become one of the incorporators. Such declaration shall also contain a copy of the articles of incorporation proposed to be adopted.
