Section 85308.
85308. (a) Contributions made by a husband and wife may not be aggregated.
(b) A contribution made by a child under 18 years of age is presumed to be a contribution from the parent or guardian of the child.
(Repealed and added by Stats. 2000, Ch. 102, Sec. 43. Approved November 7, 2000, by adoption of Proposition 34. Operative January 1, 2001, by Sec. 83 of Ch. 102, but not applicable to candidates for statewide elective office until November 6, 2002.)
