Section 14999.5.

CA Govt Code § 14999.5 (2016) What's This?

14999.5. A majority of the members shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business for the commission. All meetings of the commission shall be open and public and all persons shall be permitted to attend any meetings of the commission.
