Section 15924.

CA Govt Code § 15924 (2016) What's This?

15924. This part shall remain in effect only until January 1, 2019, and as of that date is repealed, unless a later enacted statute, that is enacted before January 1, 2019, deletes or extends that date.

(Added by Stats. 2013, Ch. 614, Sec. 2. Effective January 1, 2014. Repealed as of January 1, 2019, by its own provisions. Note: Repeal affects Part 12.2, commencing with Section 15910.)
