CA Food & Agri Code § 2123 (2016) What's This?
2123. Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, a person shall not be appointed to the office of commissioner or deputy commissioner unless he or she has a license issued by the director. The license of any qualified incumbent shall be renewed without further examination.
