CA Food & Agri Code § 31401 (2016) What's This?
31401. Except as provided in Section 31402, violation of any provision of this division is an infraction punishable by a fine of not more than fifty dollars ($50) for a first offense, and by a fine of not more than one hundred dollars ($100) for a second or subsequent offense.
