Section 21303.

CA Corp Code § 21303 (2016) What's This?

21303. Application for such registration, alteration, or cancellation shall be made by the chief officer or officers of the association, upon blanks to be provided by the Secretary of State. Such registration shall be for the use and benefit and on behalf of the association, the individual members, and those hereafter to become members thereof.
