CA Bus & Prof Code § 23330 (2016) What's This?
23330. Any licensee against whom an assessment is made by the department pursuant to Section 23328 or 23329 may petition for reassessment within 15 days after service upon the licensee of notice of the assessment. If a petition for reassessment is not filed within the 15-day period, the amount of the assessment becomes final at the expiration thereof.
