Section 19347.3.
19347.3. In determining whether to exercise its discretion when enforcing this chapter, the State Department of Public Health may consider whether the public interest will be adequately served in the circumstances by a suitable written notice or warning. The State Department of Public Health may also require licensees to provide it with a written plan of correction and correct a violation within a timeframe the State Department of Public Health deems necessary under the circumstances.
