CA Bus & Prof Code § 12517 (2016) What's This?

12517. Every owner of a coin-operated person weigher shall place on such weigher, in a prominent position, in letters at least three-sixteenths inches in height and in bold type, the following statement: This scale may not have been checked for accuracy.
