6086.2. All State Bar records pertaining to admissions, membership, and the administration of the program authorized by Article 14 of this chapter shall be available to the Office of Trial Counsel and the Office of Investigations for use in the investigation and prosecution of complaints against members of the State Bar, except to the extent that disclosure is prohibited by law.
