4308. Whenever a person is prohibited from serving as a manager, administrator, owner, member, officer, director, associate, partner, or in any other position with management or control of a licensee as provided by Section 4307, the board shall, in each case where it has that information, notify in writing each licensee for whom the person is a manager, administrator, owner, member, officer, director, associate, partner, or in any other position with management or control of the prohibition. The board shall send the notification to the licensee s address of record. The licensee shall have 30 days from the date that the notice is sent to remove and replace the prohibited person and, where appropriate, file a change of permit to reflect that change.
