Section 31305.

CA Pub Res Code § 31305 through (2015) Leg Sess What's This?

31305. In reviewing grant applications and urban waterfront restoration plans, the conservancy shall seek to promote excellence of design and shall stimulate projects which exhibit innovation in sensitively integrating man-made features into the natural coastal environment.
