Section 13800.

CA Penal Code § 13800 through (2015) Leg Sess What's This?

13800. Unless otherwise required by context, as used in this title:

(a) Agency means the Office of Emergency Services.

(b) Board means the Board of State and Community Corrections.

(c) Federal acts means Subchapter V of Chapter 46 of the federal Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of 1968 (42 U.S.C. Sec. 3750 et seq.), the federal Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention Act of 1974 (42 U.S.C. Sec. 5601 et seq.), and any act or acts amendatory or supplemental thereto.

(d) Local boards means local criminal justice planning boards.

(e) Executive director means the Executive Director of the Board of State and Community Corrections.

(f) This section shall become operative on July 1, 2012.
