Section 1203.13.

CA Penal Code § 1203.13 through (2015) Leg Sess What's This?

1203.13. The probation officer of any county may establish, or assist in the establishment of, any public council or committee having as its object the prevention of crime, and may cooperate with or participate in the work of any such councils or committees for the purpose of preventing or decreasing crime, including the improving of recreational, health, and other conditions in the community.
