Section 1203.11.

CA Penal Code § 1203.11 through (2015) Leg Sess What's This?

1203.11. A probation or parole officer or parole agent of the Department of Corrections may serve any process regarding the issuance of a temporary restraining order or other protective order against a person committed to the care of the probation or parole officer or parole agent when the person appears for an appointment with the probation or parole officer or parole agent at their office.
