CA Penal Code § 1556 through (2015) Leg Sess What's This?
1556. After a person has been brought back to this State by extradition proceedings, he may be tried in this State for other crimes which he may be charged with having committed in this State as well as for the crime or crimes specified in the requisition for his extradition.
