CA Penal Code § 1550.2 through (2015) Leg Sess What's This?

1550.2. Any officer or other person entrusted with a Governor s warrant who delivers to the agent of the demanding State a person in his custody under such Governor s warrant, in wilful disobedience to the preceding section, is guilty of a misdemeanor and, on conviction thereof, shall be fined not more than $1,000 or be imprisoned not more than six months, or both.
