CA Bus & Prof Code § 11301 through (2015) Leg Sess What's This?

11301. (a) There is hereby created within the Department of Consumer Affairs a Bureau of Real Estate Appraisers to administer and enforce this part.

(b) Whenever the term Office of Real Estate Appraisers appears in any other law, it means the Bureau of Real Estate Appraisers.
